Gina Zywicki
Accredited CBT Therapist
CBT Clinical Supervisor

Welcome, I'm Gina.

I'm a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP) with over ten years' experience helping people feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions and relationships.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to cope, you're not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

How I Can Help

I work with people who are:

  • Constantly overthinking or struggling with anxiety
  • Feeling low, unmotivated or emotionally drained
  • Navigating difficult or toxic relationships (past or present)
  • Trying to rebuild after narcissistic abuse
  • Living with low self-esteem or a harsh inner critic
  • Stuck in patterns they want to change but don’t know how
  • We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, and I’ll help you build practical tools — rooted in evidence-based CBT — to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours so you can feel more in control of your life again.

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate and focused. I bring a calm, non-judgemental presence to sessions, and I’ll gently challenge the thoughts or patterns that are getting in the way of the life you want. Together we’ll build insight, confidence and lasting change.

Areas of Special Interest

Alongside anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues, I have a strong interest in supporting people who are healing from narcissistic abuse, emotionally unavailable partners, or difficult romantic relationships. These experiences can be deeply confusing and isolating — I provide a safe space to help you make sense of them and reconnect with yourself.

Ready to start?

You can book a free 15-minute consultation or drop me a message — I’d love to hear from you.

Works with adults and young people 16-17

Fees:

£85 -CBT/psychotherapy (50-60 minutes)

Sue Baker
Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Hello there, I’m Sue, I’m a fully qualified integrative, BACP registered, counselling psychotherapist. I have always worked with people, from my early career in trauma nursing through to later work in midwifery and health visiting. Following on from this I worked for a family survival project, helping people find ways to manage the everyday challenges of life and the impact it has on our mental and physical wellbeing. I also volunteered as a bereavement counsellor for several years.
I believe we are all uniquely individual beings and as such we learn, develop and experience life from this stance. Being an integrative therapist equips me to draw on a range on therapeutic modalities to find the best way to help you. I work with a range of issues, including:
- couples counselling
- trauma
- loss and bereavement
- anxiety in its many presentations
- depression
- stress and life-overload
- emotional dysregulation
- eating disorders
- low self-esteem
- identity issues
- loss of direction in life.

Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I believe that my role is to be a compassionate listener, facilitating and guiding you to find a sense of inner peace and acceptance in your own life; having a safe, trusting space is absolutely paramount in the therapeutic relationship, and I will offer you this. I am passionate about becoming more present and mindful in life, helping you to take a pause, reflect on where you are; where you have perhaps been; and then, where you actually want to
be…

I appreciate how chaotic and demanding life can be, and that’s why I offer a calm space for in person sessions at The Grove Therapy, online therapy, home visits or a combination of all three. I also work very flexibly to find the best frequency to suit your life demands – this may change at times to suit your needs. As well as training as counsellor and psychotherapist, I have further training in couples’ therapy, trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness.
As a registered member of the BACP I am obliged to undertake regular professional training, clinical supervision and abide to their standards of
professional practice and ethics.

I work with all ages (including children and young people), and I offer individual therapy and couples’ therapy. I provide a free telephone consultation to discuss what you are looking for, with no further obligation. After this, your initial session will be at a reduced rate. This offers an opportunity for you see if you feel we can work well together. Please feel free to get in touch and I can talk through any further questions you may have.

My fees are as follows:
£65 per hour for individuals
£75 per hour for couples

Katie Bailey
Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Katie. I am a BACP registered person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals aged 18+. Grounding my work in the person-centred approach means I embrace the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to deeply understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviour and experiences from your frame of reference - hearing your words and being curious about the emotions and meanings behind them. I approach the work we do together with sensitivity, respect and genuine care. My intention is to help you feel heard, valued and entirely accepted for who you are.

I will work alongside you to build a trusting therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe and confident to express yourself freely without fear of judgement, criticism and expectation. Sharing your story in a compassionate environment and offloading the heavy weight you have been carrying can be just what’s needed to slowly move closer towards releasing any inner conflict, while gaining clarity, confidence and self-fulfilment. This process can foster a stronger sense of self-acceptance, self-awareness and self-belief. Over time, therapy can lead to real and lasting personal growth, healing and change.

I offer flexible sessions tailored to your individual needs, goals and personal circumstances - delivering in-person, telephone and video sessions. I work with a variety of issues, challenges and life experiences and welcome any topic you bring with openness, empathy and attentiveness.

Sarah Hughes
Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Sarah, a relational integrative psychotherapist in training. Sometimes in life we can feel overwhelmed, stuck, scared, angry, sad, frustrated. These emotions, and others, can feel like they are taking over, causing distress and difficulties. If you are thinking you might like some help and support to talk about your thoughts, feelings and experiences, I above all offer kindness, care, compassion and a listening ear.
As a relational therapist my approach is focussed on us building an authentic and collaborative connection, enabling you to explore and make meaning of the things that have brought you to therapy. It is my utmost priority to create a safe space, without judgement, so you can bring the whole of yourself and your story, at your own pace.

My aim is to support you in achieving the outcomes you desire from therapy. That might be identifying shorter term strategies to address current difficulties, and/or supporting the longer-term journey of knowing and understanding yourself at a deeper level, in turn creating new possibilities, finding peace and acceptance, initiating and sustaining change, and creating the opportunity for more choice in your life.

As an integrative practitioner I draw on a variety of theoretical approaches, enabling me to work with you in an attuned, creative and flexible way that meets your needs. As well as my psychotherapy training, I have a wealth of other experiences that I bring to my practice. These include working in the corporate sector for 18 years, in the UK and overseas in people focused roles, which often involved supporting individual personal development and understanding of self. For the last 6 years I have worked in the mental health sector educating and building awareness within organisations around mental health and the skills required to support someone experiencing mental health concerns.

I am currently in the third year of a four-year UKCP accredited Diploma in Relational Integrative Psychotherapy and attend regular clinical supervision. I offer reduced fees due to my current training status.
I know myself that taking the first step towards therapy can feel overwhelming, but if you think you might be interested to understand more about how we could work together, I offer a free 20-minute consultation.

I can support and work with anxiety, and depression, stress, loss and bereavement, trauma, relationship concerns, fertility, childbirth, parenting, women’s health and wellbeing, loneliness, life transitions, loss of direction, self-confidence, self-esteem, building resilience, initiating change, behavioural patterns and processes you want to explore.

I work in person* with adults (18+ years).
I can work online if required on an ad hoc basis

Emma Hetherington
 Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Working with adults 18+

Hello, I’m Emma – I’m a fully qualified psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP.

I understand that coming to therapy isn’t always an easy step, it can often feel daunting opening up to someone you don’t know. One of my main aims in therapy is to build up a trusting, supportive, and compassionate therapeutic relationship with you. We can spend a bit of time getting to know each other at the beginning to help support you in feeling comfortable in the space before getting started.

I work in a collaborative and integrative way – which means I can incorporate aspects from different theoretical approaches into the way we work, and together we can figure out what works best for you depending on your preferences, your needs, and my training experience. My practice is built from a person-centred theoretical foundation – which means that your individuality is at the heart of the way I work.

Fundamentally, I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I will always encourage you to voice your own perspective on your experiences, get to know how you really feel about a situation, empowering you to develop the skills that contribute towards growth, healing and change, and to support you in finding your way through to becoming more content with the relationship you have with yourself and others. Always going at a pace that is comfortable for you.

I work with adults aged 18+ in the UK. I provide flexible therapy sessions in-person or via telephone/video call, working with a variety of issues.

Fees : £60.

I offer a free 30-minute introduction session via telephone or video call to get to know each other and see if we would get along working together. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. Please feel free to get in touch via email to arrange our first meeting.
